HR RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
- With own vehicle (for field work purposes)
- With pleasing personality and a professional attitude
- At least 6 months of related work experience in recruitment or HR support
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to do field work such as coordinating with City Hall, LGUs, and schools
- Will also perform office-based tasks when not assigned to field work
Key Responsibilities:
Office-Based Duties
- Post job vacancies on job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain and update applicant records in HR database
- Prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation
- Assist in onboarding and pre-employment processing
Field Work Responsibilities
- Conduct field recruitment activities such as job fairs, walk-in screenings, and community sourcing
- Visit company sites/branches to support hiring needs and conduct on-site interviews
- Distribute job flyers, set up recruitment booths, and coordinate with local partners or institutions
- Assist applicants with pre-employment requirements on-site
- Deliver or collect documents needed for hiring and deployment
- Coordinate with operations teams to understand manpower needs and ensure timely fulfillment
