Qualifications:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and deployment, preferably within a manpower agency or outsourcing environment
- Strong background in managing day-to-day recruitment operations, onboarding, and workforce deployment
- Demonstrated experience handling Chinese-owned or Chinese-managed accounts in the Philippines
- Deep understanding of Chinese business culture, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent client servicing and stakeholder management skills
- Capable of acting as the primary Mandarin-speaking liaison between clients, internal teams, and deployed personnel
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Description
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and job requirements.
- Oversee candidate screening and selection process to ensure alignment with company culture.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
