Responsibilities - Prepare and process accounting documents, including invoices, vouchers, official receipts, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and accounting databases.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in payroll preparation and other finance-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and government regulations.
- Prepare and organize financial documents for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and other departments regarding billing and payment concerns.
- Maintain organized filing of accounting records and supporting documents.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Finance Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant work experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
- Can work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday
