The Accounting Officer is the overall in-charge of tasks below:
- Oversees daily operations of the Accounting/Treasury/Credit and Collection
- Monitors accounting data and produce financial reports or statements (monthly)
- Prepares financial statements and analysis as companywide - consolidated
- Establishes and enforces proper accounting methods, policies and principles for the ff. reports
- A. cash /bank forecasting monitoring
- B. treasury, budgeting
- C. Credit and Collection
- D. general ledger
- E. accounts payable (PDCs) /collection
- F. revenue and expenditure variance analysis (PNL)
- G. capital assets reconciliations - (Balance Sheet)
- H. debt activity (fund transfer and bank facilities)
- Budget reports, preparation of budgets, analysis of budgets and comparative
- Prepares financial reports for taxes, regulatory agencies, and other financial groups relating to company finance - AFS (audited financial Statement)
- Prepares FS - - Inhouse (for bidding and Prequalification)
- Comply with national and local financial requirements by studying existing and new regulation and taking appropriate action - for BIR and LGU audit
- Improves systems, procedure, and initiate corrective actions
- Tracks cash flow, financial planning and analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing strategic directions
- Determine tax savings and recommend strategies to improve profits.
- Prepares tax returns, analyzing tax regulations, monitoring industry trends, and completing tax reports.
- Incorporation / amendment / maintain / coordinate, communicate of external client and gov't agencies and financial institution.
- SPECIAL ASSIGNMENT
- Maintain books /records and Account / Incorporation / etc.
- Coordination / communicate / preparation / recommendation of the estate tax and heirs
- Coordination / preparation /documentations of Company's Asset and Pe's Family Heirs Asset.
Job Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience is required for this position.;
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy;
- With experience working in a construction firm;
- Required skill(s): leadership and mentoring, excellent in interpersonal, communication skill, Procurement management;
- Must be willing to be assigned to the Head Office in North Edsa, Quezon City.
