- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process journal entries and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other government-mandated reports.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but not required.
- At least 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
