Position: Mandarin Internal Audit Controls Specialist Hybrid Set-up Industry: Accounting Firm Location: BGC, Taguig City Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | (Monday to Friday) Salary: Php 40,000-Php 60,000 Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up (2days onsite and 3 days work from home)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
• With a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Marketing, or Business related field.
• Open to fresh graduates with no experience.
• With work experience in the same role is a big advantage.
• With skills or knowledge in risks, controls, SOX, and COSO framework.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Perform design and operating effectiveness testing of SOX controls across multiple client processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with audit standards.
• Participate in process walkthroughs and discussions; prepare and maintain process flows, narratives, and risk & control matrices.
• Document testing workpapers in accordance with established quality standards, and ensure timely completion within defined turnaround time or budget.
• Provide regular status updates on control testing progress while applying a solution-oriented approach to issue resolution and engagement execution.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and onshore teams, demonstrating teamwork, integrity, leadership, and effective use of audit tools and technology to enhance service delivery.
