Role : Operations Officer - Term and Home Loans
Work Arrangement : Work from Office
Location : Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga)
Schedule : Morning Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Create new customer profiles for both Personal and Non-Personal entities in Finacle
- Ensure accurate data entry to maintain the integrity and regulatory compliance of term records
Position Description / Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and load term accounts in Finacle in accordance with established procedures
- Accurately process and load loan accounts in Finacle in accordance with established procedures
- Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory and internal standards
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders

Desired Qualifications / Experience:
- Fast and accurate data entry ( essential )
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and consistency ( essential )
- Strong time management skills ( essential )
- Ability to work collaboratively in a project environment ( essential )
- Experience in banking operations, back-office administration, or financial services ( desirable )
- Experience using Finacle or similar core banking systems ( desirable )
Non-Negotiable Skills & Requirements:
- Banking experience
- Data entry / back-office operations experience
