Qualifications:
- Must be a certified Safety Officer III by DOLE with a valid SO3 certificate.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
- Knowledge of OSH standards and safety practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Physically fit and willing to be assigned on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs, protocols, and policies.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE, OSH, and other applicable standards.
- Lead incident investigations and prepare necessary reports and recommendations.
- Facilitate safety orientations, training sessions, and toolbox meetings.
- Serve as the site’s main liaison with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
- Maintain safety documentation, permits, and certifications.
