Job Overview

We are looking for a Trainer (Telco Account) to drive employee development and performance in a fast-paced BPO environment. This role is responsible for delivering engaging training sessions, supporting onboarding, and ensuring continuous learning for both new hires and existing employees.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

• Conduct training sessions for new hires on:
• Company and client policies
• Collection strategies and compliance standards
• Systems, tools, and call handling techniques
• Facilitate upskilling and refresher training for existing employees
• Provide floor support, coaching, and performance guidance
• Customize training approaches based on learner needs

Qualifications

• High School / SHS Graduate or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
• Open to Filipino/local applicants only
• At least 2 years Trainer experience in a BPO setting
• Must have recent Team Leader experience handling Telco accounts (2+ years)
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and improve training outcomes
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented

Preferred Skills

• Experience in collections training
• Knowledge of compliance standards and call center regulations
• Experience with dialers and call center tools
