Job Description

THIS ROLE

A review position responsible for ensuring quality and accuracy of AML/KYC and FATCA deliverables across all complexity levels. This role reviews compliance documentation, validates risk assessments, and provides technical input while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You'll review and validate AML/KYC deliverables, including complex KYC files and client structures.
• You'll assess risk ratings, challenge risk assessment decisions, and verify escalation outcomes.
• You'll ensure regulatory compliance by reviewing CDD/EDD, FATCA/CRS documentation, classifications, and reporting requirements.
• You'll oversee periodic reviews, assessments, deadlines, and quality standards to maintain operational excellence.
• You'll document review findings, verify compliance conclusions, and perform other duties aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You bring 3-4 years of AML/KYC or compliance experience, with expertise in quality assurance and risk validation.
• You possess strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and the ability to review complex compliance structures.
• You have experience driving quality control, standardization, and high standards of accountability.
• You demonstrate excellent communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and mentoring skills to support team success.
