Compliance and Legal Officer

Description - Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on legal and compliance matters.
- Monitor changes in legislation and advise the company on necessary actions.
- Prepare compliance reports and present findings to senior management.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
• Work-related experience in a Manpower or Security Agency is an advantage
• Background in Paralegal is a plus
• Preferably Female
• Amenable to work in Santa Lucia, Pasig City
Responsibilities
• Handles regulatory compliance requirements of the company
• Processes permits, clearances, and renewals
• Assists in the preparation of legal documentation for labor cases
• Represents the company in DOLE / NLRC / SENA conferences
