Senior Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee company operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize resources, and drive operational excellence across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operational activities.
- Oversee project execution from planning to completion.
- Monitor production, logistics, warehouse, and procurement operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project schedules.
- Optimize manpower, equipment, and operational resources.
- Build strong client relationships and resolve operational issues.
- Drive continuous process improvement and team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in operations or project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, resource planning, logistics, procurement, and quality management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
