Senior Finance Officer

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, to senior management and stakeholders.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Oversee the maintenance and improvement of financial databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Work closely with various departments to understand and analyze the financial impact of business activities and initiatives.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and provide insights to support senior management in strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s
- CPA certification is required.
- Proven experience as a finance analyst, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Leadership and mentorship abilities, with experience in guiding and developing junior team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
