Risk and Compliance Senior Associate

As part of the Risk and Compliance team you can support the execution of ICFR activities to strengthen the organization’s control environment. As a Senior Associate you can focus on building client relationships, navigating complexity, and mentoring junior team members while maintaining the integrity of financial reporting. This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in control testing and process improvement initiatives, within a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) activities
- Strengthen the organization’s control environment through impactful practices
- Build and maintain resilient client relationships
- Navigate complex situations while preserving financial reporting integrity
- Mentor and guide junior team members in their development
- Gain hands-on experience in control testing and process enhancements
- Collaborate within a team-oriented environment to drive growth
- Uphold professional standards and contribute to quality assurance
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience in ICFR engagements
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field preferred
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Understanding of internal controls and financial reporting processes
- Basic knowledge of COSO framework
- Excelling in analytical and documentation skills
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders
- Managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
- Demonstrating a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- Translating technical concepts into clear documentation
