Travel GDS /Travel Service Representative

- Provide assistance to clients in booking travel arrangements and services.
- Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) for ticketing and reservations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and offer travel solutions promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and policies.
- Support the sales team in achieving travel service goals and objectives.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Travel and Tourism or related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in travel services or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in using GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: May require flexible hours, including weekends.
