Travel Consultant / GDS Specialist (Sabre & Amadeus)

Key Responsibilities
- GDS Operations: Utilize Sabre , Amadeus , and Travelport systems to search, book, price, and issue tickets accurately.
- Itinerary Management: Process complex multi-city bookings, re-issuances, voluntary/involuntary changes, and cancellations.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional, high-touch customer service to corporate or leisure clients regarding their travel restrictions, baggage allowances, and flight updates.
- Queue Management: Monitor system queues regularly to ensure all schedule changes and ticketing deadlines are met without errors.
Job Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 12 months of solid Sabre GDS experience is strictly required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sabre is a must; additional familiarity with Amadeus or Travelport is highly preferred.
- Education: Open to High School Graduates or Senior High School Graduates .
- Core Competencies:
- Expert understanding of airline ticketing rules, fares, and routing.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong attention to detail to avoid costly ticketing errors (ADMs).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Package: ₱20,000 to ₱55,000 monthly (offered package depends heavily on GDS proficiency, BPO tenure, and assessment scores).
- Night Differential: Additional pay for shifting or graveyard schedules.
