Travel GDS Representative

- Act as a primary point of contact for travel agencies using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Provide support and troubleshooting for GDS inquiries and issues.
- Conduct training sessions for new users on GDS functionalities.
- Maintain and update documentation related to travel systems and procedures.
- Assist in analyzing GDS data to optimize travel agency performance.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years in a travel or customer service role
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Working Conditions: Office-based with potential remote work opportunities
