Description - Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
- Provide expert advice on travel itineraries, destinations, and tours based on client preferences.
- Manage travel documentation and ensure compliance with travel policies and regulations.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the travel process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, discounts, and promotions to provide the best service.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus or Sabre.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
