- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the travel planning process.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and industry trends.
- Collaborate with travel vendors to negotiate prices and ensure quality service.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in the travel industry or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a passion for travel.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
