In this role, you will ensure the flawless execution of core HR transactions-maintaining accurate employee data, supporting time and absence processes, and preparing essential documentation that underpins a seamless employee experience. By collaborating closely with HR colleagues, you will safeguard compliance and data integrity while building a strong foundation in HR systems and operational excellence. What you'll be doing
- Act as the point of contact for employee and line manager queries for Time, Reward, Exit - supporting end to end case ownership and resolution
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by updating employee records in HR systems, enabling reliable reporting and informed business decisions.
- Deliver smooth time and absence management by maintaining leave quotas, work schedules, and holiday calendars, supporting employee flexibility and clarity.
- Safeguard compliance and payroll accuracy through data validation and timely updates,
- Support organizational changes effectively by processing job data updates such as promotions, downgrades
- Create positive employee experiences during moments that matter by managing documentation and payments with precision and care.
- Maintain trust and transparency by preparing and other essential documentation promptly and accurately.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Business proficiency in Portuguese (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Experience in HR operations or a shared services environment is an advantage
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, Shell People, and Salesforce is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Detail‑oriented, with a strong commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality
