Job Description:

The Service Administrator is responsible for handling day-to-day administrative functions within the service department. This includes organizing and maintaining records, assisting in service documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting customer inquiries. The role ensures that all service-related data is properly recorded, filed, and easily accessible, contributing to efficient operations and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree in any course
• With prior work experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
• Knowledge or background in administrative work is an advantage
• Proficient in organizing, filing, and record-keeping

Skills:

• Good listening and communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, co-employees, and management
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in computer applications and office tools (e.g., MS Office, email systems)

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, file, record, and archive service-related documents and records
• Maintain accurate and updated service logs, reports, and customer information
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating service activities
• Communicate with customers regarding service updates and inquiries
• Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, and management for documentation needs
• Ensure proper handling and tracking of service forms and reports
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the service team
