Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive sales and customer satisfaction. Your goal will be to increase revenue, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through walk-ins, calls, online inquiries, networking, and referrals
- Present, promote, and sell vehicles and related services to prospective customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles, financing options, and add-ons
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and automotive trends
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Prepare and process sales documentation accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate with finance, service, and administrative teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Results-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of financing options and automotive features is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver’s license (required)
