Job Requirements

- Must have driving skills and a valid driver’s license

- Willing to travel

- Preferably a graduate from a Medical field (e.g., Med Tech, Nursing, Pharmacy, etc.)

- At least 1 year of pharma/medical sales experience

- Eager to work, a fast learner, and a good communicator

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills

- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Commitment to high-quality standards and customer service

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Promotion

• Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals.
• Conduct product presentations and explain medical benefits, indications, and usage.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics.
• Regularly visit healthcare providers to ensure product visibility and recall.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and objections effectively.

Market Development

• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies in assigned territories.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, calls, and expenses.
• Submit regular reports on sales performance, territory coverage, and market feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Training & Knowledge Development

• Stay updated with product knowledge, clinical studies, and medical advancements.
• Participate in company training, seminars, and continuous education programs.
• Educate healthcare professionals about new products and product updates.
