You’ll build impactful dashboards, collaborate across teams, and help scale reporting solutions across markets. A solid grasp of data science concepts is a big plus as we expand into more advanced analytics. **What You'll Do** * Design and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards to track KPIs and business performance. * Write and optimize DAX formulas for accurate, efficient reporting. * Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and deliver clear, visual insights. * Partner with global teams and product owners to align on data needs and reporting solutions. * Ensure data quality through cleaning, transformation, and modeling. * Contribute to Power BI governance and best practices. * Support ad hoc analysis and provide guidance on basic data science models. **What You’ll Bring** * Bachelor’s in Statistics, Math, Information Systems, or related field. * 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with deep Power BI and DAX expertise. * Proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data manipulation. * Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. * Familiarity with data modeling and basic machine learning concepts. * Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. **Work Schedule and Location** * Generally, Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, on a hybrid work arrangement * Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office **What we offer** Our success depends on the men and women who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
