Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Prepare process maps, functional specifications, and project documentation.
• Support project implementation, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation validation.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
