- Help the Project Lead plan and monitor the resource utilization for the assigned project effectively and supply its details to support computation of project costing.
- Maintains effective communication within the APMD, ITSD, ESDD and other departments.
- Meets with immediate superior and other teams on a regular basis to discuss the plans and accomplishments required for the assigned project.
- Manages multiple tasks, priorities, deadlines and interruptions successfully.
- Perform in ways that models and effects collaborative problem solving and conflict resolution and promotes open discussion of diverse perspectives that lead to consensus resolutions.
- Contributes where appropriate in formulating and updating standards, policies and procedures that will comply with agreed best practices.
- Evaluates computerization requirements of specific users and in accordance with the requirements, designs the computer system, formulates programming specifications, timetable, training of users, and implementation approach on projects.
- Coordinate with users and project sponsors regarding requirements at every stage of the software projects whenever necessary.
- Translates users requirements into clear technical design and specifications.
- Collaborates with Stakeholders in providing the solution of operational difficulties encountered in existing programs.
- Recommend and implement system and work process to enhance and improve the operations of a business unit or organization that requires automation and improvement of their systems operations.
- Recommend processes that will enhance the efficiency and usability of present applications.
- College graduate, BS Degree in IT or any related course.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as System Business Analyst.
- Proven analytic background and able to translate the user requirements with clarity into functional and system design specifications.
- Have strong communication/interpersonal skills.
- Can work with minimum supervision.
