Procurement Officer

The Procurement Officer plays a vital role in an organization's supply chain management by efficiently sourcing and acquiring goods and services necessary for operations. The position is crucial for ensuring that the company obtains quality products and competitive prices while maintaining strong relationship with supplier.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluates potential supplier and products to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement to secure the best possible arrangements with suppliers.
- Monitor and manage supplier performance in terms of contracts and terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and plan purchases accordingly.
- Maintains good interpersonal relationship with supplier.
Qualifications:
- College Degree of any Business-related course
- Good communication skills both in oral and written
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good negotiation skills and interpersonal skills
- Team player with other members of the organization
