Description - Provide cultural guidance and support to individuals transitioning to the UK.
- Develop tailored coaching programs to address the specific needs of clients.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions on UK social customs and work culture.
- Facilitate discussions on cultural challenges and offer strategies for adaptation.
- Evaluate client progress and adjust coaching approaches as necessary.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, or cultural consultancy.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to develop engaging training materials.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, adaptable, and culturally aware.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
