Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage and guide a team within US/UK banking operations in a call center or shared services environment. The role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, process adherence, and team performance while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of banking operations specialists to achieve operational targets
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct performance reviews
- Ensure adherence to processes, policies, and banking compliance standards
- Support team development through training, guidance, and mentorship
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to optimize workflow and resolve escalations
- Track operational metrics and provide insights to improve efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US/UK banking operations and team handling in a call center or shared services environment
- Strong knowledge of banking domain, processes, and bucket flows
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to US or UK banking industry
