Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of the UK banking industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Experience in the BPO sector.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven experience as a trainer or mentor.
