Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Banking Trainer with a strong background in US/UK banking operations within a call center or shared services environment. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and coaching employees through both virtual and face-to-face training programs to ensure operational readiness and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training programs for US/UK banking operations
- Deliver virtual and instructor-led classroom training sessions
- Provide structured coaching, feedback, and performance support to employees
- Develop training materials, guides, and assessments aligned with business processes
- Support quality and operational initiatives to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure training effectiveness
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of work experience in US/UK banking operations and training in a call center or shared services environment
- 2–4 years of contact center experience in the banking industry
- Basic understanding of training methodologies for virtual and face-to-face delivery
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
- Basic understanding of quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to US or UK banking industry
- Experience in underwriting and payouts
