Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years work experience collection operations and Team Handling
- Exposure to UK/US/AU Banking / Collections
- Knowledge about collections domain and understanding of the process and bucket flows
- Experience in collections team management and familiar with the data and reports pertaining to collections
- Understanding of collections terminologies, guidelines and laws.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the collections team to achieve KPIs.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance.
- Coach team members and manage performance.
- Handle customer escalations and complex cases.
- Analyze collections reports and bucket performance.
- Ensure compliance with UK/US/AU collections policies and regulations.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
