• Confident in written and verbal English communication.

About the role

As a  Finance & Operations Associate , you'll support our Finance Team by keeping documents organized, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with daily business operations. You'll also be collaborating with internal teams and communicate with our partner, giving you valuable exposure to an international work environment.

The Specialist will gain exposure across different functions, support operational initiatives, and develop skills through structured training and hands-on experience. As opportunities arise, you may be deployed to partner facing teams from Australia based on business requirements and career growth potential.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing, organizing, and maintaining digital and physical documents.
• Supporting daily finance and office operations.
• Coordinating meetings, schedules, and appointments.
• Updating and maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Communicating professionally with internal teams and partners.
• Assisting projects and administrative tasks that supports business Operations.

What we're looking for

• A fresh graduate of Financial Management, Accountancy, Office Administration, or any related program.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Eager to learn and grow in a professional environment.
• Confident in written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledgeable in accounting software? That's a plus but not required
