ABOUT THE ROLE
Help bring Cooee's brand, people, and campaigns to life through thoughtful storytelling and strategic communication. As a Marketing Communications Associate, you'll research topics, develop ideas, and create engaging written materials that strengthen our brand presence and connect with our audiences across multiple channels.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Marketing & Copywriting
Write copy for social media, recruitment campaigns, websites, email marketing, blogs, and other marketing materials
Develop messaging, headlines, captions, and storytelling angles aligned with campaign goals
Produce clear, engaging, and audience-focused written materials
Research & Planning
Research industries, audiences, trends, and relevant topics to support marketing initiatives
Turn campaign briefs, discussions, and research into compelling stories and communication pieces
Explore fresh ideas and different perspectives to improve messaging
Editing & Team Support
Proofread, edit, and refine written materials before publication
Adapt writing style for different audiences and communication objectives
Support marketing projects and administrative tasks related to campaign execution
