Description - Provide high-level administrative support to executive staff.
- Manage scheduling and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
- Prepare reports and presentations, utilizing data analysis and MS Office tools.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, leveraging marketing knowledge.
- Maintain organized files and records, ensuring easy access to information.
- Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats, supporting the team and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in an executive assistant role or similar.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
