Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in IT support; fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply
- Knowledgeable in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and hardware/software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with AI tools and understanding of responsible AI usage and best practices
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365-related concerns
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and other IT equipment
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and maintain accurate IT inventory records
- Support the deployment and responsible use of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot
- Assist in digital transformation initiatives, automation projects, and process improvements
- Help implement and monitor information security measures, endpoint protection, IT audits, and incident reporting activities.
