Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8 hours per day
• Adjustable shift:
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, or
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP

• Salary is based on the applicable Manila minimum wage.

In compliance with the approved wage adjustment, the daily minimum wage rate for non-agriculture sectors will increase to ₱755 effective July 25, 2026.

This wording is cleaner and avoids mentioning the agriculture rate, since your office-based utility position falls under the non-agriculture sector.

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Staff Utility to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our office while providing pantry support for employees, visitors, and the Management Committee. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, organized, and capable of ensuring that the office remains clean, well-stocked, and welcoming at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of office workspaces, meeting rooms, pantry, comfort rooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize office premises regularly.
• Ensure that office furniture, equipment, and common areas are clean and presentable.
• Prepare and serve food, coffee, water, and other beverages to visitors, guests, and the Management Committee during meetings and company events.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning meeting rooms before and after meetings.
• Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, and pantry equipment after use.
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of pantry supplies, food stocks, beverages, cleaning materials, and office utensils.
• Keep an updated inventory record and promptly report low-stock items to the immediate supervisor for replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of pantry items, utensils, and cleaning supplies.
• Collect and dispose of office waste while practicing proper waste segregation.
• Report any maintenance, repair, or safety concerns within the office premises.
• Perform other utility, housekeeping, and administrative support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Vocational Graduate.
• Previous experience as a Utility Staff, Office Utility, Housekeeping Staff, Janitorial Staff, or Pantry Staff is an advantage.
• Preferably residing in Taguig City, Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Makati, Pasig, Pateros, or nearby areas.
• Organized and detail-oriented, particularly in monitoring pantry and office supply inventories.
• Honest, trustworthy, dependable, and service-oriented.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on an adjustable schedule (opening or closing shift).
• Can start immediately.
