- Assist customers with their queries regarding healthcare products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma(old)/Senior High School Diploma(new)
- Experience Level: 6 Months of experience in a customer service role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to engage in sales pitching and closure effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
