- Provide timely and accurate information regarding financial products and healthcare services.
- Coordinate with various service providers to ensure that client needs are met efficiently.
- Maintain records and documentation for each client interaction and transaction.
- Perform market research to stay updated on trends in finance, travel, and healthcare sectors.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in financial services or related areas.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
