Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Healthcare Customer Service Representative to support our healthcare account. In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for patients, providers, and members, assisting with inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims.

Total Monthly Package: ₱18,000+
₱15,000 Basic Salary
₱2,000 Account Premium Allowance
₱1,000 Flex Fund Allowance (Available upon hire)
Night Premium: 20% Night Differential pay for graveyard shifts.
Healthcare Benefits:
HMO coverage starting on Day 1.
HMO for one (1) dependent upon regularization.
Bonuses: Statutory 13th-month pay (with potential for 14th-month pay depending on company policy).
Qualifications
- Education: Must be a College Graduate (Any 4-year course).
- Experience: At least 6 months of BPO experience is required.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet browsing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communication: Good verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility: Must be willing to work onsite and adapt to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
