- A Customer Service Representative works with clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services purchased from the organization. They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process.
- Respect for the customer is the foundation of excellent customer service. Every time you engage with a customer, it's crucial to keep in mind that they are a person, not a ticket, and to treat them as such. Use their name, express gratitude for their patience, and maintain emotional control even when they become agitated are easy methods to accomplish this.
- Furthermore, offering individualized customer support via an omnichannel strategy demonstrates your regard for your consumers' time, effort, and attention. You won't have a good start if your customers find it difficult or time-consuming to reach you. Instead, make it as simple as you can for them to contact you if they have any problems or questions.
- 4 year course graduates with or without work experience.
- Completed 2 years in college with 6 months work experience (Customer service experience).
- Above average English communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Good comprehension skills
- Basic knowledge with MS Office
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
