E-commerce Team Lead – Operations & Customer Experience | Remote
100% Work From Home | Full-Time
TalentPop App is looking for an experienced E-commerce Team Lead to lead a team supporting day-to-day operations and customer experience for growing e-commerce brands.
This role is ideal for someone with proven experience managing e-commerce operations, resolving order and fulfillment issues, and handling escalations involving returns, shipping, payments, and customer disputes.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coach a team supporting e-commerce customers and operations
- Oversee order fulfillment, returns, RMAs, shipping issues, and carrier escalations
- Handle complex customer and operational escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with 3PLs, warehouses, carriers, and other external partners when needed
- Support payment disputes, chargebacks, refunds, and other transaction-related issues
- Monitor team performance, identify operational gaps, and provide coaching
- Work with internal teams and clients to improve processes and customer experience
- Review operational trends and help implement solutions to recurring issues
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Team Lead, Operations Team Lead, or similar leadership role
- Hands-on experience owning e-commerce operations , including fulfillment, order issues, returns/RMAs, shipping, and carrier escalations
- Experience handling chargebacks, payment disputes, refunds, or payment processor-related issues
- Experience coordinating with 3PLs, warehouses, fulfillment partners, or shipping providers is strongly preferred
- Experience leading, coaching, and monitoring a customer service or e-commerce operations team
- Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable working with e-commerce platforms and support tools
- Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, Recharge, Stripe, PayPal, or similar platform experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of e-commerce customer experience and operational workflows
