Job Summary

The Regional Sales Lead is responsible for developing and growing Link4's commercial opportunities across assigned territories. The role focuses on new business development, enterprise sales, partnerships, pipeline development and revenue generation. The Commercial Lead owns their sales opportunities from initial engagement through to commercial close, working with internal teams as required to support successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate ARR and other revenue from assigned territories in line with agreed commercial targets.

• Own and close sales opportunities from initial engagement through discovery, proposal, negotiation and contract execution.

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support current and future revenue targets.

• Develop territory-specific sales activities and work with Marketing on campaigns, events and lead-generation initiatives.

• Develop and maintain commercial relationships with prospects, customers and partners within assigned territories.

• Any additional duties as reasonably required.

Qualifications & Experience

• SaaS enterprise sales - 5 years

• Proven track record of ARR growth

• Business development

• Experience in technical sales environments

• ERP knowledge

Skills & Competencies

• Strong enterprise sales and business development capability

• High proficiency in English

• Commercial negotiation and relationship management

• APAC eInvoicing industry knowledge

• Soft skills and positive relationship behavioural competencies

Working Relationships

Internal: COO, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Technical, Finance, Client Relations and other relevant Link4 teams.

External: Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. Enterprise customers, prospects, ERP providers, solution partners, professional services firms and other strategic partners.

Work Environment & Other Requirements

• Regional and international travel as required for customer, partner and industry engagement.

• Physical presence at industry events, conferences and other on-site requirements.

• Work hours to align with client needs in international timezones with TOIL available and arranged in collaboration with COO and HR as required.
