Schedule: Full time, Monday through Friday, U.S. Eastern business hours

Compensation: $3,500 USD per month

About the Role:

Workspark is hiring an experienced Paid Media Team Lead to join the paid media team of an established U.S. digital marketing agency.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has built strong paid search expertise and is ready to combine that experience with team leadership, client strategy, and meaningful ownership.

You will lead a team of three paid media professionals while also working directly with clients and staying close enough to the platforms to jump in when needed.

This is not a role where you simply review reports or manage from a distance. You will help shape strategy, understand what is driving performance, guide your team, and help clients make smarter decisions with their media investment.

What You Will Do:

• Lead, coach, and support a team of three paid media professionals

• Hold regular 1:1s, provide feedback, help prioritize workloads, and support the team’s development

• Lead paid media strategy for assigned client accounts

• Lead client conversations, present performance and recommendations, and handle more complex questions or escalations

• Stay hands on with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads when needed

• Work across Paid Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Display

• Analyze campaign performance and turn the data into clear recommendations and next steps

• Lead forecasting, budget planning, pacing, and performance planning

• Manage accounts with more than $1 million in annual advertising spend

• Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, attribution, and performance reporting to understand what is working and where opportunities exist

• Use AI tools to support analysis, reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning

• Work closely with other teams across the agency to help clients get stronger results

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands on paid search experience

• Digital marketing agency experience

• Strong, recent experience with both Google Ads and Microsoft Ads

• Experience managing annual advertising budgets of $1 million or more

• Experience leading, mentoring, or managing paid media professionals

• Strong forecasting, budgeting, and performance planning experience

• Experience leading client conversations and presenting recommendations clearly

• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, attribution, and measurement

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working in Excel and Google Sheets

• Experience turning campaign performance data into meaningful business recommendations

• Experience using AI tools to support paid media work

• Strong organization and the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Comfortable working full time during U.S. Eastern business hours
