About the role
As a Froyo Artisan at BLK 513 (SMaison), you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position will see you working as part of a passionate team to produce high-quality, artisanal frozen yogurt for our discerning customers.
Key responsibilities
Preparing and serving fresh, delicious frozen yogurt and toppings to customers
Ensuring strict food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
Assisting with stocking, rotation and inventory management of frozen yogurt and toppings
Providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive in-store experience
Supporting the overall store operations as required
About you
Previous customer service or food service experience, preferably in a cafe or hospitality setting
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and efficient service
Enthusiasm for food and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
