Role Description
This is a full-time, onsite Recruiter position based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The ideal candidate must have at least 6 months of recruitment experience and will be responsible for sourcing and screening applicants, conducting initial interviews, posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and updating candidate records.
The Recruiter will work closely with the HR team to meet hiring requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Qualifications
At least 6 months of recruitment experience.
Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants.
BPO recruitment experience, especially for agent-level positions, is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals, social media recruitment, and applicant tracking systems.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple applicants.
Willing to work fully onsite in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
Able to start as soon as possible is preferred.
