US Recruitment Lead (Permanent Work at Home)

Job Description

The Team Lead will oversee a team of four Recruiters while continuing to manage recruitment activities directly. This is not a purely supervisory position—you will remain actively involved in sourcing, screening, candidate qualification, and submissions while providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and operational support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day recruitment activities and workload of a team of four Recruiters.

• Remain hands-on in the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate qualification, and submissions.

• Support the allocation and prioritization of job orders based on client requirements, urgency, and hiring priorities.

• Monitor recruitment activity, productivity, candidate quality, and adherence to agreed processes and performance expectations.

• Provide regular coaching, guidance, and operational support to Recruiters.

• Help identify recruitment challenges and address performance, delivery, and process-related concerns.

• Serve as a key point of coordination between the recruitment team, client stakeholders, and Sysgen RPO Operations.

• Ensure recruitment activities, candidate records, reports, and updates are accurately and promptly maintained in the client's designated systems.

• Participate in client meetings, recruitment discussions, calibrations, and operational reviews.

• Help maintain consistent recruitment delivery in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while keeping a strong focus on candidate quality.

Qualifications

• Strong full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably supporting US-based clients .

• Experience recruiting for technical, functional, professional, or specialized roles .

• Previous experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or providing day-to-day direction to Recruiters.

• Demonstrated ability to balance an individual recruitment workload with team leadership responsibilities .

• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, and qualification skills.

• Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment.

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment reporting.

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing hiring priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence engaging with client stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage recruitment-related issues and escalations appropriately.
