- Assist customers in resolving issues related to their ride-sharing experience.
- Profile and recommend solutions based on customer needs and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language communication.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Working Conditions: Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends may be required.
