What You'll Do
As our Marketing Manager, you'll take full ownership of the marketing strategy across both digital and traditional channels, leading the platform's go-to-market launch, driving user acquisition, and building a strong brand presence.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead full-stack marketing : SEO, PPC, social media, content, email, PR, events.
- Plan & execute the platform launch — work cross-functionally with product, dev, and design teams.
- Manage the marketing budget , campaign ROI, and performance reporting.
- Oversee brand strategy , including visuals, messaging, and offline campaigns.
- Build and manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and partners.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in marketing with 2+ years in a lead or manager role .
- Proven success launching web platforms or online marketplaces (preferably in e-learning, training, or events).
- Skilled in SEO, paid media, email marketing, analytics , and campaign optimization.
- Strong grasp of traditional marketing : events, PR, partnerships.
- Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, WordPress , etc.
