Senior Marketing Officer - Remote/Hybrid Role

Role Purpose
The Senior Marketing Officer owns marketing from strategy through execution, generating qualified leads for the sales team and building the company's brand with both clients and prospective talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the marketing strategy, content calendar, and budget.
- Plan and manage social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Build and run outreach campaigns using GoHighLevel (GHL) or a comparable platform.
- Create email nurture sequences and a regular newsletter.
- Produce case studies, testimonials, and other client-facing content.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing in partnership with HR.
- Maintain the company website and blog to support SEO and inbound traffic.
- Design and manage a client referral program.
- Track marketing performance and report on leads, conversion, and cost per lead.
- Direct and review the work of a supporting admin resource.

Requirements

- 5+ years of marketing experience, including experience owning strategy and planning.
- Proven track record generating B2B leads, ideally in services or B2B settings.
- Experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar.
- Strong experience managing business social media accounts.
- Experience with email marketing, SEO, and website content.
- Experience directing or managing at least one team member.

Skills and Attributes
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Data-driven, with the ability to set and report against targets.
- Comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Organized, self-directed, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with design and AI tools (e.g. Canva) is required.
